These terms apply to the Second Run website and its waiting list. By using the site or joining the list, you accept them.

Second Run is run by Ruben Caliandro, acting as a private person. Contact details are on the privacy page.

What Second Run is today

Second Run is not a service yet. Today it is this website and a waiting list. There is no account to create and nothing to buy.

• Joining the waiting list does not guarantee an invitation to the beta.
• There is no date by which an invitation, the beta or the product will arrive. What the site says about the future is intent, not a promise.
• The closed beta is free.
• You can leave the waiting list at any time, by writing to the address on the privacy page.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• submit an email address that is not yours or that you have no right to use;
• submit the form automatically or in bulk;
• disrupt or overload the site or the systems behind it, or access any part of them not made available to you.

Submissions that break these rules may be refused or deleted.

Intellectual property

The text, design, name and logo of Second Run belong to Ruben Caliandro. You may link to any page and quote short passages with a link back. Any other use, such as copying the site or its design or using the name or logo, requires prior permission.

Liability

The site and the waiting list are provided free of charge and as they are, without any warranty. The site may be incomplete, out of date or unavailable.

As far as the law allows, Ruben Caliandro is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the site or from being on the waiting list.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies. If you do not accept a change, you can leave the waiting list.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in another country, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of that country.
